Jericho, NY -- A new study released last month from the GBTA Foundation, the education and research arm of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), shows that business travelers in the U.S. and Canada want technology amenities that "most hotels do not currently offer." Hotel Technology Study: How Do North America-Based Business Travelers Use and Feel about Hotel Technology? revealed that 35 percent of business travelers want more regular outlets and USB outlets, and 32 percent want in-room chargers for smartphones and/or laptops. Next month at HX: The Hotel Experience (to be held November 13 to 15 at the Jacob K. Javitz Convention Center in New York), hoteliers can see Kube solutions first hand in Booth #2654. The Kube Essentials prototype unveiled at HITEC in June has been modified and a new unveiling will take place at HX.

Also very popular with business travelers is the Kube 5 portable charging system for public areas and meeting spaces. Now available at a lower price point, Kube 5 comes as a set of five Kubes and a recharging tray. Each of the five portable charging Kubes features three built-in connectors, two USB ports and comes with Qi wireless charging.
