Samantha Noll is a Business Development Manager at Novility. Since joining the company in 2013, she has focused on product research & development and is now responsible for sustainably growing the company’s market presence. A graduate of École hôtelière de Lausanne, she is passionate about reinventing the training experience in hospitality through innovations that take the industry further.
Inês de Castro Fernandes is the Lead Ergonomics Specialist at Novility. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Movement Sciences from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and is an Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP)®, certified by the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE). Her ambition is to raise awareness of the best ways to use one’s body during operational tasks in order to increase productivity, allowing for efficient and safe work practices.
