HEDNA is proud to announce that the Hotel Analytics Working Group has completed the second part of their analytics best practice spotlight series:

The Hotel Analytics Best Practices series raises awareness of the opportunities data analysis brings to optimize cost and conversion and thereby empower hoteliers to collect, store, analyze and action their data to make intelligent decisions about their distribution strategies. Contributors to this document series include various individuals in the industry with varying perspectives, expertise on these functions and who have volunteered to provide insight into what they have found to be successful. HEDNA would like to acknowledge the contributions of our subject matter experts who were integral in the research and development of this series under the leadership of the Hotel Analytics Working Group.
